We are two Pilots with British Airways and we did an Indian cookery course today at Chef Shiv’s school, very informative.
The school was recommended to us by the Sheraton hotel Consiege, There were two of us so it was almost one to one instruction! Picked up some good pointers, my Nann breads should be much better now. For info, the five recipes we watched were two veg, two non-veg plus three types oh naan.
Cost of 2hr 30 course 3000 rupees each (6000 total) including all foods. My only feed back, next time, could we get “hands on”, rather than just watch? Many thanks.
