Ingredients
- Minced Chicken 300gms
- Onion 1 mediom
- Green Chilly 2-3
- Salt to taste
- Garam Masala to Taste
- Red Chilli Powder to taste
- Refined Flour 3tbsp
- Corn Flour 2tbsp
- Vegetable Oil for frying
Method:-
- Take the minced chicken in a bowl and add chopped onion, chopped green Chilly, all the spices and mix well
- Then add Maida and Corn flour into it and mix well
- Then take a thick bottom pan for frying
- Make flat patty of the mixture and then shallow fry them in oil till golden brown
- Serve hot with mint chutney
Chef Tips
- Make sure the chicken in finely minced for more juicy texture
- After making the patty keep them in deep fridge for atleast 20min before frying
- The raw patty can remain in refrigerator to 10 days
