Chicken Shami Kababs Easy Recipe

Serves : 4 pax


  • Minced Chicken 300gms
  • Onion 1 mediom
  • Green Chilly 2-3
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam Masala to Taste
  • Red Chilli Powder to taste
  • Refined Flour 3tbsp
  • Corn Flour 2tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil for frying


  1. Take the minced chicken in a bowl and add chopped onion, chopped green Chilly, all the spices and mix well
  2. Then add Maida and Corn flour into it and mix well
  3. Then take a thick bottom pan for frying
  4. Make flat patty of the mixture and then shallow fry them in oil till golden brown
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney

Chef Tips

  • Make sure the chicken in finely minced for more juicy texture
  • After making the patty keep them in deep fridge for atleast 20min before frying
  • The raw patty can remain in refrigerator to 10 days
