EGG CHILA EASY RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • Egg 3 nos
  • Maida 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1 pc medium
  • Tomato 1 pc small
  • Green chilli 1-2 pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Haldi to Taste

Method:

  • Chop the onion, tomato and chilli and keep in a mixing bowl
  • Break 3 eggs in the Sam bowl and add salt into it
  • Start beating the egg till becomes frothy then add 3 tbsp of Maida into it
  • Mix the Maida well then add Haldi into it
  • Take a flat pan (tawa) pour the batter on it after the pan is hot, grease it with little oil
  • Cook the chila from both the sides till crispy
  • Serve hot by rolling them and cutting into pieces

Chef Tips:

  • Use whisk while mixing the flour to avoid lumps
  • Pan should be hot else the batter might stick to the pan
  • If you don’t want to use egg use Besan and you can prepare normal veg chila
