Ingredients:
- Egg 3 nos
- Maida 3 tbsp
- Onion 1 pc medium
- Tomato 1 pc small
- Green chilli 1-2 pcs
- Salt to taste
- Haldi to Taste
Method:
- Chop the onion, tomato and chilli and keep in a mixing bowl
- Break 3 eggs in the Sam bowl and add salt into it
- Start beating the egg till becomes frothy then add 3 tbsp of Maida into it
- Mix the Maida well then add Haldi into it
- Take a flat pan (tawa) pour the batter on it after the pan is hot, grease it with little oil
- Cook the chila from both the sides till crispy
- Serve hot by rolling them and cutting into pieces
Chef Tips:
- Use whisk while mixing the flour to avoid lumps
- Pan should be hot else the batter might stick to the pan
- If you don’t want to use egg use Besan and you can prepare normal veg chila
