INDIAN CUISINE SNACKS
Serves 4 people

Ingredients:
- Egg 4pcs
- Potato 4pcs medium
- Salt to taste
- Jeera powder
- Garam Masala
- Red Chilli Powder
- Onion 2 pcs medium size
- Green Chilli 2-3 pcs
- Maida
- Corn Flour
- Bread Crumbs
Method:
- Hard Boil the eggs first for 15 min then cut them into half
- Boiled the Potato too and mash them
- Cut the onion in Juliane (fine long cuts) then cook them till golden brown.
- Add the cooked onion in Potato along with Salt, Jeera Powder, Red Chilli and Garam Masala
- Take the half cut boiled eggs and cover them with Boiled potato mixture
- Give it a shape of egg (oval) and keep in fridge for 10 min
- Make a batter of Maid and Corn Flour (equal Quantity) with water and little salt
- Dip the oval shared devils in the batter then coat it with the bread crumbs
- Keep it inside the fridge for minimum 30 min before frying
- Serve hot after frying it to golden brown colour
CHEF TIPS
- Make sure the Eggs are hard Boiled
- Make sure that the potatoes are not over cooked that will make them sticky, try to cook them and them take them out of water immediately
- Always use a grater or masher while mashing the potatoes it gives a equal consistency to the potato
- Bread crumbs you can prepare at home too or buy from market
