Raw Mango Macaroni Easy Recipe

  • Macaroni Paste 200 GMs
  • Raw Mango 1 Pc
  • Basil 2-3
  • Garlic 5-6 clove
  • Mixed Herbs 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil 5 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Boil the Macaroni and keep aside to cool
  2. Take Raw mango, basil, garlic, olive oil and make a paste in the mixer grinder
  3. Take oil in a thick bottom pan, add olive oil, chopped garlic, mixed herbs into it
  4. Then add the mixture you blended in the grinder
  5. Add tomato ketchup, salt and pepper into it
  6. Then in the last add the boiled macaroni into it
  7. Grate the cheese on it and serve hot

Chef Tips:

  1. Peel the Mangoes before blending in the blender
  2. The paste in step 2 have to be thick not watery
  3. Remove cheese and the dish is VEGAN
