Stuffed Karela Easy Recipe

Ingredients

Karela (Bitter Gourd) 6 pcs

Onion medium size 4 pcs

Tomato 2 pcs

Salt to taste

Haldi

Dhaniya powder

Garam masala

Red Chilli powder

Green Chilli

Vegetable Refined Oil

METHOD

Wash the karela and cut it to scoop out the pulp from inside cleanly

Deep Fry them in hot oil till it’s golden brown

Cut the onion in long jullian cutting and start cooking them in a pan till golden brown in colour

Add all the spices along with tomato in the onion and cook till it leaves oil

Stuff the mixture inside the Karela after the mixture is at room temperature

Cook the karela again before serving in a pan or air fryer. Serve Hot
