Vegicken Thai Sweet Chilly Sauce Easy Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Vegicken* 250gms
  • Garlic 4 clove
  • Salt to taste (Optional)
  • Pepper to taste (Optional)
  • Bell Peppers 1pc
  • Capsicum 1pc
  • Cut Corns 100 grams
  • Tomato 1pc
  • Thai Sweet Chilly Sauce* 100ml
  • Olive Oil 1tbsp
  • Olives and Basil for Garnish (Optional)

METHOD:

  1. Cut all the Veggies in Julienne*
  2. Take a pan, Add olive oil, then chopped garlic and sauté
  3. Then add all the veggies and sauce till tender on medium flame
  4. Then add Vegicken and sauté it it gets tender
  5. Then add 100ml of Thai Sweet Chilly Sauce
  6. Slow the flame and add 100ml of water into it and cover it for 10min on medium flame
  7. As the Vegicken gets tender, off the gas and serve hot with garnish of Olives and Basil

  • Chickpeas 200 grams
  • Sandwich Bread 4pcs
  • Salt to taste

  • Olive oil to brush before grilling

METHOD

  1. Prepare falafels by this recipe Falafel
  2. Prepare Hummus with this recipe Hummus
  3. Apply Hummus on the bread and then put the falafel patty on it
  4. Place another bread and then grill it
  5. Serve hot with Dip

Grilled Cottage Cheese with Bell Peppers (Paneer Tikka Easy Recipe)

Cuisine: Indian Starter

INGREDIENTS

  • Cottage Cheese or Paneer 400gms
  • Hung Curd (Yogurt to be hung in a muslin cloth or strainer for minimum 2 hours)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam Masala to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Dhaiya powder to taste
  • Ginger and Garlic paste
  • Mustard Oil 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Onion, tomato, capsicum 1pc each

METHOD

  1. Cut the paneer into dice and boil them in hot water and keep and keep aside
  2. Mix Hung Curd with all the spices, mustard Oil and ginger-garlic paste
  3. Marinate the Dice paneer in the marination with vegetable like onion, capsicum, tomato
  4. Grill them on charcoal, oven or griller
  5. Serve hot with mint Chutney

TIPS: Boiling the paneer will make it soft and you can use the marinated paneer for 4-5 days keeping inside the refrigerator

Note: Vegans can use Tofu in place of Paneer and can marinate it with hummus to give a amazing flavour

Grilled Fish in Lemon Butter Sauce

Cuisine : Continental

Serves : 2 Pax

INGREDIENTS

  • Basa Fish Fillet 100 grams 4pcs
  • Egg 1pc
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon 1pc
  • Butter 20 grams
  • Mint for garnish

METHOD

  1. Marinate the fish fillet with Salt, Pepper, Egg (Can use only egg white too)
  2. Take the butter and mix lemon into it with salt n pepper, keep aside after mixing properly
  3. After 20min of marination you can grill the fish on a pan or Oven at 160 degree centigrade for 20min
  4. After it is grilled, put the lemon butter sauce and serve hot with garnish

NOTE: Make sure the fish is cooked properly and retain a golden brown colour

Lemon Butter can be preserved for 15days in the refrigerator

In place of butter you can use margarine for healthy alternate
