Spaghetti Arrabiata Easy Recipe

Cuisine: Continental Main Course

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti pasta 300gms
  • Tomato plum and Red 400gms
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Tomato Ketchup 50gms
  • Cheese for Garnish
  • Cherry tomato for garnish
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Oregano, basil, chilly flakes to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the spaghetti for 10min and keep aside to cool
  2. Blance the Tomatoes in hot water then remove the skin and de-seed it
  3. Fine chop the tomatoes
  4. Take a pan, add olive oil, then chopped garlic, then add all the herbs, cook for a while then add the chopped tomatoes into it
  5. Cook for 10min on a low flame then add tomato ketchup into it and all the spices
  6. As it start getting thick, add the boiled spaghetti into it and cook for 5 more min
  7. Put it on the plate and garnish it with cheese and cherry tomato
  8. Serve hot

Honey Lotus Stem Easy Recipe

Cuisine: Chinese Starter

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

  • Lotus Stem 500gms
  • Cornflour 100gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Ajinomoto or broth powder to taste
  • Sesame seed for garnish
  • Onion 1pc
  • Capsicum 1pc
  • Chilly Sauce 3tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 4tbsp
  • Refined oil for frying
  • Chopped Garlic 1tsp
  • Honey 1tsp

Method:

  1. Peel the Lotus Stem, slice it and boil it
  2. Dust it with cornflour and deep fry it till golden brown
  3. Take a pan, add oil, then chopped garlic, diced onion and capsicum
  4. Sauté them then add salt, pepper and ajinomoto
  5. Then add Tomato ketchup, Chilly sauce cook for sometime then add fried Lotus stems
  6. Sauté for 2-3min then add honey and serve it on the serving plate
  7. Garnish it with sesame seeds and serve hot.

Note: We can add Paneer to make it Honey Chilly Paneer

Chicken Satay Easy Recipe with Peanut Butter Sauce

Cuisine: THAI FOOD

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Boneless 500gms
  • Peanut Butter Sauce 150gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil to marinate and grill
  • Lemon 1pc

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken in Thick Slices
  2. Marinate it with Salt, Pepper, lemon and Peanut Butter Sauce
  3. Leave the marinated chicken for atleast 2hours
  4. Heat the pan, add olive oil and grill the chicken putting on Satay sticks
  5. Grill them for 10min and serve hot with the sauce

Cuisine: Indian Snacks

Serves: 2pax

INGREDIENTS

  • Peas 100gms
  • Potato 2-3pcs
  • Green Chilly 2pcs
  • Coriander 50gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam Masala to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Maida 100gms
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Beans 50gms
  • Capsicum 1pc

METHOD

  1. Boil the potato, beans and peas separately
  2. Chop the green chilly, coriander and Capsicum
  3. Mix boiled potatoes with all the other ingredients
  4. Add all the spices along with maida
  5. Make patty and keep in the refrigerator for minimum 10min
  6. Take a pan add oil and deep fry the kababs
  7. Server hot with mint Chutney
