Punjabi Rajma Masala Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Indian Main Course

Serves : 4 pax

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rajma or Kidney Beans 250GMs
  • Onion Medium 4pcs
  • Tomato Medium 4pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli Powder to taste
  • Garam masala to taste
  • Dhaniya Powder to taste
  • Vegetable oil
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • Cream for garnish
  • Coriander for garnish

METHOD:

  1. Boil the rajma with salt till its cooked
  2. Make a paste of Raw Onion and Raw tomatoes separately
  3. Take a thick bottom pan, add oil and start cooking the onions first
  4. Cook the onion till it changed the colour to brown, then add ginger & Garlic paste and continue cooking
  5. Then add all the spices, then tomato purée
  6. Cook the gravy nicely and finally add boiled rajma into it
  7. Cook for sometime at low flame so that the rajma gets the aroma of all the spices
  8. Garnish it with some cream and chopped coriander
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice

Chef Tips:

  • Make sure the rajma is cooked nicely
  • The gravy must be smooth then only it will get the required texture
  • Minus cream and its your Vegan Rajma Masala

Grilled Cajun Chicken Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental

Serves : 2 Pax

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken with Bone 1/2 kg
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Chilly Flakes, Paprika to taste
  • Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • Ginger & Garlic paste 2tbsp

METHOD:

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, all the other dry spices, olive oil and Ginger & Garlic Paste
  2. Keep aside for minimum 40min
  3. Take a pan, make it hot and then grill the chicken till it gets a golden brown blackish colour
  4. Cover it and then cook till chicken gets tender, add water if required
  5. Plate the chicken with some veggies and mashed potato
  6. Serve hot

Chef Tips:

  • Make sure the chicken is marinated nicely so that it can acquire its taste
  • While grilling it have to be nicely grilled and tender

Grilled Cajun Chicken

Apple Jalebi Easy Recipe

Cuisine: Indian Dessert

Serves : 2 pax

Ingredients:

  • Apples 2 pcs
  • All purpose flour (Maida) 100gms
  • Salt pinch
  • Baking powder 1/4 tbsp
  • Sugar for sugar syrup
  • Vegetable Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut the Apples into round shape and take the seed out
  2. Make a batter of Flour, salt and baking powder and keep aside for 20min
  3. Prepare sugar syrup in ratio sugar 1/2kg and water 300ml
  4. Then take a thick bottom pan and add ghee for frying
  5. Dip the apple in the batter and then start frying till golden brown
  6. After frying dip them into the sugar syrup and then take out after 2min
  7. Serve hot or cold with garnish of dry fruits

Chef Tips:

  • While preparing the batter Make sure its smooth and no lumps should be there
  • The sugar syrup have to be medium thick not very thick
  • This is a Vegan Recipe too and everyone must enjoy it

Garlic Bread Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental Starter

Serves : 4 pax

Ingredients

  • Bread 10pcs
  • Butter 50gms
  • Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Tomato Ketchup as dip

Method

  1. Mix the soft butter with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, herbs and make a dip
  2. Then apply that dip on the bread and keep asode
  3. Per heat the oven at 160 degree centigrade for 10 minutes
  4. Put the bread inside the oven and grill for 10 minutes or till it gets golden brown colour
  5. Serve hot with dip
