Chicken Dimsums Easy Recipe

Cuisine: Chinese Starter
Serves: 2people

INGREDIENTS 

  • Maida or Refined Flour 300gms
  • Minced Chicken 150gms
  • Onion 2pcs
  • Carrot 2pcs
  • Cabbage 1pc
  • Salt to taste
  • Broth powder to taste or Ajinamoto
  • White Pepper to taste
  • Soya Sauce to taste

METHOD:

  1. Mix the minced chicken with all the vegetables and cook with salt, pepper, broth powder till tender
  2. In a bowl take maida and kneed it to prepare a soft dough
  3. Then make small round shaped roties of with the dough and fill the cooked mixture to prepare different shapes
  4. Steam it for 10min
  5. Serve Hot with Hot Garlic Sauce

Chef Tips:

  • Minus the chicken and you can prepare the veg dimsums
  • The shapes can be half moon shape, Potli shape, feather shape
  • Add paneer to make it paneer dimsums
