Apple Jalebi Easy Recipe

Serves : 2 pax

Ingredients:

  • Apples 2 pcs
  • All purpose flour (Maida) 100gms
  • Salt pinch
  • Baking powder 1/4 tbsp
  • Sugar for sugar syrup
  • Vegetable Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut the Apples into round shape and take the seed out
  2. Make a batter of Flour, salt and baking powder and keep aside for 20min
  3. Prepare sugar syrup in ratio sugar 1/2kg and water 300ml
  4. Then take a thick bottom pan and add ghee for frying
  5. Dip the apple in the batter and then start frying till golden brown
  6. After frying dip them into the sugar syrup and then take out after 2min
  7. Serve hot or cold with garnish of dry fruits

Chef Tips:

  • While preparing the batter Make sure its smooth and no lumps should be there
  • The sugar syrup have to be medium thick not very thick
  • This is a Vegan Recipe too and everyone must enjoy it

Garlic Bread Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental Starter

Serves : 4 pax

Ingredients

  • Bread 10pcs
  • Butter 50gms
  • Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Tomato Ketchup as dip

Method

  1. Mix the soft butter with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, herbs and make a dip
  2. Then apply that dip on the bread and keep asode
  3. Per heat the oven at 160 degree centigrade for 10 minutes
  4. Put the bread inside the oven and grill for 10 minutes or till it gets golden brown colour
  5. Serve hot with dip

Crispy Fried Cheese Fingers Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental

Serves : 4 pax

Ingredients:

  • Cottage Cheese 500gms
  • Refined Flour (Maida) 100gms
  • Corn Flour 100gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Samolina (Sooji) 200gms
  • Vegetable Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut the cheese into Baton shape (Finger Cutting)
  2. Marinate it with salt and pepper and keep aside
  3. Mix the flour and corn flour together adding salt into it and make a batter
  4. Dip the cheese in the batter and then coat it with samolina
  5. After the coating keep it inside the freezer for minimum 15min
  6. Take a flat pan, heat the oil and crispy fry it till golden brown
  7. Serve hot

Chef Tips

  • The coating of the samolina have to be thick so that it doesn’t leave the cheese in oil
  • The cheese must be handled with care otherwise it can break
  • The batter have to be thin not very thick

Crispy Chilli Okra (Lady Finger) Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Chinese

Serves : 4 serves

Ingredients:

  • Okra aka Lady Finger 500gms
  • Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 150gms
  • Vegetable Oil for Frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Ajinomoto to taste (Optional)
  • Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Paste 2 tbsp
  • Spring Onion for Garnish
  • Dry Red Chilli for garnish

Method:

  1. Wash and Dry the okra then cut into Juliane
  2. Dust it with corn flour and deep fry in hot oil to make it crispy
  3. Take another pan, add oil, chop garlic, chilli paste, ketchup, all the spices and saute
  4. Then add the fried okra and toss it all the spices are mixed on it
  5. Garnish it with spring onion and dry chilli serve hot.

Chef Tips

  • While cutting the okra make sure they are cut slanting and in one ahape
  • Dusting of corn flour must cover it fully to make it more crispy
  • The gravy and frying must be together so that as it is fried it can be mixed in gravy instantly
