Palak Paneer:
Cuisine: Indian Main Course
Serves: 2 pax
INGREDIENTS:
- Spinach/Palak 400gms
- Paneer/Cottage Cheese 200gms
- Onion Medium 1pc
- Garlic 2-3 clove
- Salt to taste
- Garam Masala to taste
- Red chilly powder to taste
- Dry red chilly for garnish
- Cream for garnish (Optional)
METHOD:
- Wash and roughly chop the spinach
- Take a pan and sauté spinach and onion together till tender
- Blend it in a blender till it become smooth
- Take a pan, add oil, chopped garlic, all the spices and then the blended mixture
- Cook for 5-8min on slow flame
- Cut the dice pieces of paneer and add to the gravy
- Serve hot with garnish of dry red chilly and cream
