Daliya (Cracked Wheat) Smoothie Easy Recipe

Serves: 2 Pax


  • Daliya (Cracked Wheat) 50 grams
  • Milk 200 ml
  • Dry Fruits of your choice
  • Jaggery 60 grams


  1. Soak the Daliya for minimum 30 min
  2. Then boil it till it’s get cooked
  3. Cool it then pour it into the blender
  4. Add Milk into it, and jaggery
  5. Blend it nicely to make it smooth
  6. Add ice if you want to add
  7. Serve Chilled

Chef Tips:

  • Soaking of Daliya is important
  • Boil it till daliya is fully cooked
  • Dry fruits and fruits also you can use
