Apple Jalebi Easy Recipe

Cuisine: Indian Dessert

Serves : 2 pax

Ingredients:

  • Apples 2 pcs
  • All purpose flour (Maida) 100gms
  • Salt pinch
  • Baking powder 1/4 tbsp
  • Sugar for sugar syrup
  • Vegetable Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut the Apples into round shape and take the seed out
  2. Make a batter of Flour, salt and baking powder and keep aside for 20min
  3. Prepare sugar syrup in ratio sugar 1/2kg and water 300ml
  4. Then take a thick bottom pan and add ghee for frying
  5. Dip the apple in the batter and then start frying till golden brown
  6. After frying dip them into the sugar syrup and then take out after 2min
  7. Serve hot or cold with garnish of dry fruits

Chef Tips:

  • While preparing the batter Make sure its smooth and no lumps should be there
  • The sugar syrup have to be medium thick not very thick
  • This is a Vegan Recipe too and everyone must enjoy it

Garlic Bread Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental Starter

Serves : 4 pax

Ingredients

  • Bread 10pcs
  • Butter 50gms
  • Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Tomato Ketchup as dip

Method

  1. Mix the soft butter with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, herbs and make a dip
  2. Then apply that dip on the bread and keep asode
  3. Per heat the oven at 160 degree centigrade for 10 minutes
  4. Put the bread inside the oven and grill for 10 minutes or till it gets golden brown colour
  5. Serve hot with dip

Crispy Fried Cheese Fingers Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental

Serves : 4 pax

Ingredients:

  • Cottage Cheese 500gms
  • Refined Flour (Maida) 100gms
  • Corn Flour 100gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Samolina (Sooji) 200gms
  • Vegetable Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut the cheese into Baton shape (Finger Cutting)
  2. Marinate it with salt and pepper and keep aside
  3. Mix the flour and corn flour together adding salt into it and make a batter
  4. Dip the cheese in the batter and then coat it with samolina
  5. After the coating keep it inside the freezer for minimum 15min
  6. Take a flat pan, heat the oil and crispy fry it till golden brown
  7. Serve hot

Chef Tips

  • The coating of the samolina have to be thick so that it doesn’t leave the cheese in oil
  • The cheese must be handled with care otherwise it can break
  • The batter have to be thin not very thick

Tawa Mutton Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Indian Main Course

Serves : 2 pax

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mutton 400 GMs
  • Onion 250 GMs
  • Tomato 100 GMs
  • Dahi 400 GMs
  • Whole Spices 50 GMs
  • Vegetable Oil for cooking
  • Salt to Taste
  • Dhaniya Powder to Taste
  • Red Chilly Powder to Taste
  • Garam Masala to Taste
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • Mustard Oil for Marination

METHOD:

  1. Marinate the Mutton with Ginger & Garlic paste, all the spices, Dahi, mustard oil and keep aside for minimum 30min and max 4 hours
  2. Cut the onion in Jullians and deep fry till golden brown
  3. Then mix the brown onion with ginger and garlic paste, then tomato purée, and cook till it start leaving oil
  4. Take a cooker and add oil in it, then add all the whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, clove, whole pepper. Then add the marinated mutton and start cooking
  5. Cook it for sometime and then cover the lid of the cooker, cook for 5-6 whistle
  6. Take a pan, add oil, add ginger and garlic paste into it, then the blended mixture of brown onion and curd, then all the spices into it.
  7. After the mutton is cooked in the cooker, add the mutton to the gravy and cook at low flame for 15min
  8. Check salt, garnish with coriander and serve hot

CHEF TIPS:

  • While making the brown onion make sure they are brown not black, low the flame while cooking in the last
  • While taking the mutton out of the cooker, please check weather its cooked or not if not then give one more whistle to it
