Egg Benedict:
Cuisine: Continental Breakfast
Serves: 2-3 people
Ingredients:
- Eggs 5pcs
- English Muffins 3pcs
- Bacons 3strips
- Chicken Salami 3 slices
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil 100ml
- Mustard powder 1tsp
- Lemon 1pc
- Butter 100gms
Method:
Sauce:
- Take two eggs and start beating it with a hand beater or electric beater
- Add clearified butter in that and keep mixing till it become thick
- Add salt, mustard powder, lemon, salt, pepper in the mixture and the sauce is ready
Benedict:
- After the sauce is ready, poached 3 eggs in a steamer or poaching bowl
- Take the English Muffins, layer it with the Hollandaise sauce then put the chicken salami
- After salami put the poached egg, then the bacon and at the last cover it with the Sauce again
- Put it in the oven or salamander for 3-4min and take it out
- Drizzle some olive oil on it and serve hot
