Egg Benedict Easy Recipe

Egg Benedict:

Cuisine: Continental Breakfast
Serves: 2-3 people

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 5pcs
  • English Muffins 3pcs
  • Bacons 3strips
  • Chicken Salami 3 slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil 100ml
  • Mustard powder 1tsp
  • Lemon 1pc
  • Butter 100gms

Method:

      Sauce:

  1. Take two eggs and start beating it with a hand beater or electric beater
  2. Add clearified butter in that and keep mixing till it become thick
  3. Add salt, mustard powder, lemon, salt, pepper in the mixture and the sauce is ready

Benedict:

  1. After the sauce is ready, poached 3 eggs in a steamer or poaching bowl
  2. Take the English Muffins, layer it with the Hollandaise sauce then put the chicken salami
  3. After salami put the poached egg, then the bacon and at the last cover it with the Sauce again
  4. Put it in the oven or salamander for 3-4min and take it out
  5. Drizzle some olive oil on it and serve hot
