DAHI KE KABAB
Cuisine: Indian Snacks
(Vegetarian Delicacy)
Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
- Hung Curd 200gms (Hang 400gms curd in a strainer or muslin cloth for 4hours)
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 200gms
- Onion 1pc fine chopped
- Green Chilly 1pc fine chopped
- Fresh Coriander Chopped
- Bread 6pcs
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala to taste
- Red Chilly Powder to taste
- Vegetable Oil for Frying
Method:
- Mix the Hung Curd with Onion, Green Chilly, Grated Paneer and the Spices
- Cut the sides of the bread and then make it moist with water
- Put the mixture in the center and give it a cylindrical shape.
- Keep them in deep freezer for minimum 30min
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry them till golden brown
- Serve hot
