Chicken Hakka Noodles:
Cuisine: Chinese Main Course
Serves: 2 people
INGREDIENTS
- Noodles 250gms
- Chicken Boneless 150gms
- Egg 1pc
- Onion 1pc
- Capsicum 1pc
- Carrot 1pc
- Cabbage 1/2pc
- Spring Onion for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Ajinamoto to taste (Optional)
- Vegetable Oil
- Maida 2tbsp
- Corn Flour 2tbsp
- Soya Sauce 1tsp
- Chilly Oil 1tsp (Optional if you want to have spicy food)
METHOD
- Boil the Noodles and strain, add oil and keep aside to cool
- Marinate the dice chicken with salt, pepper, maida and cornflour, then deep fry it till golden brown
- Take oil in a pan, add egg and saute
- Then add all the vegetables, saute, add salt, pepper and ajinamoto, soya sauce, chilly oil and then chicken
- Toss well and then add boiled noodles
- Mix the salt properly, garnish with spring onion and serve hot
