Chicken Hakka Noodles Easy Recipe

Chicken Hakka Noodles:

Cuisine: Chinese Main Course

Serves: 2 people

INGREDIENTS

  • Noodles 250gms
  • Chicken Boneless 150gms
  • Egg 1pc
  • Onion 1pc
  • Capsicum 1pc
  • Carrot 1pc
  • Cabbage 1/2pc
  • Spring Onion for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Ajinamoto to taste (Optional)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Maida 2tbsp
  • Corn Flour 2tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1tsp
  • Chilly Oil 1tsp (Optional if you want to have spicy food)

METHOD

  1. Boil the Noodles and strain, add oil and keep aside to cool
  2. Marinate the dice chicken with salt, pepper, maida and cornflour, then deep fry it till golden brown
  3. Take oil in a pan, add egg and saute
  4. Then add all the vegetables, saute, add salt, pepper and ajinamoto, soya sauce, chilly oil and then chicken
  5. Toss well and then add boiled noodles
  6. Mix the salt properly, garnish with spring onion and serve hot
