Mutton Galouti Kabab:

INGREDIENTS
- Mutton Keema (Minced) 250gms
- Onion medium 1pc
- Green Chilly 2pcs
- Green coriander chopped 1tbsp
- Lemon 1pc
- Chat masala to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala to taste
- Red chilly powder to taste
- Ginger-Garlic paste 1tbsp
- Egg 1pc
- Vegetable oil for shallow fry
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the minced mutton
- Keep mixing till it become smooth
- Take a flat pan and put oil
- Make flat patty of mutton and then shallow fry them
- Allow them to cook and fry it golden brown
- Serve with Lemon, Chat masala and Laacha onion
