Mutton Galouti Kabab:

Serves: 2 people 


  • Mutton Keema (Minced) 250gms
  • Onion medium 1pc
  • Green Chilly 2pcs
  • Green coriander chopped 1tbsp
  • Lemon 1pc
  • Chat masala to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste 
  • Ginger-Garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Egg 1pc
  • Vegetable oil for shallow fry


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the minced mutton
  2. Keep mixing till it become smooth
  3. Take a flat pan and put oil
  4. Make flat patty of mutton and then shallow fry them
  5. Allow them to cook and fry it golden brown
  6. Serve with Lemon, Chat masala and Laacha onion
