Chilly Chicken:

Serves: 2-3 people
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Boneless 200gms
- Onion 1pc medium
- Capsicum 1pc
- Garlic chopped 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Ajinamoto to taste or broth powder (Optional)
- Chilly paste 2tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup 3tbsp
- Soya Sauce pinch
- Sesame seed for garnish
- Spring onion for garnish
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Corn flour 4tbsp
- Maida 2tbsp
METHOD
- Cut the chicken in dice and dust it with maida and cornflour
- Deep fry it till golden brown
- Take a pan, add oil then add chopped garlic, dice onion and capsicum, then add chilly paste, tomato ketchup, pinch of soya and start to sauté
- After that add a bit of water to make it saucy
- Add fried chicken pieces to it, toss it, check the salt
- Serve hot with the garnish of Sesame seed and Spring onion
Chef Notes:
- To make it chilly chicken gravy, add water then thick it with corn flour
- You can add chillies according to your convenience
- Add paneer to make it chilly paneer
