Chilly Chicken Easy Recipe

Chilly Chicken:

Serves: 2-3 people


  • Chicken Boneless 200gms
  • Onion 1pc medium
  • Capsicum 1pc
  • Garlic chopped 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Ajinamoto to taste or broth powder (Optional)
  • Chilly paste 2tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 3tbsp
  • Soya Sauce pinch
  • Sesame seed for garnish
  • Spring onion for garnish
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Corn flour 4tbsp
  • Maida 2tbsp


  1. Cut the chicken in dice and dust it with maida and cornflour
  2. Deep fry it till golden brown
  3. Take a pan, add oil then add chopped garlic, dice onion and capsicum, then add chilly paste, tomato ketchup, pinch of soya and start to sauté
  4. After that add a bit of water to make it saucy
  5. Add fried chicken pieces to it, toss it, check the salt
  6. Serve hot with the garnish of Sesame seed and Spring onion

Chef Notes:

  1. To make it chilly chicken gravy, add water then thick it with corn flour
  2. You can add chillies according to your convenience
  3. Add paneer to make it chilly paneer
