Garlic Bread Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental Starter

Serves : 4 pax

Ingredients

  • Bread 10pcs
  • Butter 50gms
  • Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Tomato Ketchup as dip

Method

  1. Mix the soft butter with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, herbs and make a dip
  2. Then apply that dip on the bread and keep asode
  3. Per heat the oven at 160 degree centigrade for 10 minutes
  4. Put the bread inside the oven and grill for 10 minutes or till it gets golden brown colour
  5. Serve hot with dip

Crispy Chilli Okra (Lady Finger) Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Chinese

Serves : 4 serves

Ingredients:

  • Okra aka Lady Finger 500gms
  • Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 150gms
  • Vegetable Oil for Frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Ajinomoto to taste (Optional)
  • Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Paste 2 tbsp
  • Spring Onion for Garnish
  • Dry Red Chilli for garnish

Method:

  1. Wash and Dry the okra then cut into Juliane
  2. Dust it with corn flour and deep fry in hot oil to make it crispy
  3. Take another pan, add oil, chop garlic, chilli paste, ketchup, all the spices and saute
  4. Then add the fried okra and toss it all the spices are mixed on it
  5. Garnish it with spring onion and dry chilli serve hot.

Chef Tips

  • While cutting the okra make sure they are cut slanting and in one ahape
  • Dusting of corn flour must cover it fully to make it more crispy
  • The gravy and frying must be together so that as it is fried it can be mixed in gravy instantly
  • This recipe is purely Vegan too

Coleslaw Club Sandwich Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental

Serves : 4 pax

Ingredients:

  • Jumbo bread 6 pcs
  • Mayonnaise 100 GMs
  • Cabbage 1/2 pc
  • Carrot 1 Pc
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cucumber 1 pc
  • Tomato 1 pc

Method:

  1. Cut the cabbage and carrot in jullians (long thin cutting)
  2. Mix the Mayonnaise with salt, pepper, sugar and the veggies cut in step 1
  3. Cut the cucumber and tomato into thin slices
  4. Take the first slice of bread, apply Mayonnaise and then the mixture we prepared in step 2
  5. Put second bread on it and then put the slices of cucumber and tomato on it
  6. Then put the third slice on it
  7. Cut the sides, then cut them equally into 4 pcs
  8. Serve cold or after grilling it

Chef Tips:

  • Male sure the bread is fresh else it will crumble and try to use jumbo bread
  • If you are VEGAN then in place of mayonnaise you can use soyabean Curd or tomato ketchup
  • Grilling is best when you are eating it instantly else go for eating it cold

Tawa Fish Easy Recipe (Tawa Macchi)

Cuisine : Indian Main Course

Serves : 2 pax

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fish Boneless 500gms
  • Onion medium 3 pcs
  • Tomato medium 3 pcs
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste 3Tbsp
  • Curd 100 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Haldi to taste
  • Garam Masala to taste
  • Red Chilly Powder to taste
  • Kasoori Methi
  • Coriander Green Chopped
  • Vegetable for Grilling

METHOD:

  1. Marinate the Fish with Ginger-Garlic paste, Curd, Indian Spices and keep aside
  2. Cut the onion into Jullians and cook till golden brown
  3. Add Ginger Garlic paste then tomato Purée and cook till gravy is ready
  4. Grill the Fish till golden brown then pour the gravy into it
  5. Cook for 10 minutes then add Kasoori Methi and Chopped Coriander
  6. Serve hot with garnish and plating

CHEF TIPS:

  • While cooking the fish make sure to cook with soft hands so that pieces of fish doesn’t break
  • The Marination of fish should be kept minimum of 20min
  • It can be served with Rice or Indian Breads
