Krispy Fried Chicken:
Cuisine: Continental Starter
Serves: 2 pax
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken with Bone 500gms
- Maida 200gms
- CornFlakes 200gms
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chilly flakes to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
METHOD:
- Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper
- Take maida add salt, pepper, chilly flakes, oregano and make a batter
- Crush the cornflakes with hands (Don’t use blender else it will become powder)
- Dip the marinated chicken in the batter and then coat it with the cornflakes (Cover it from all the sides nicely)
- Refrigerator it for minimum 1hour
- Then take a pan, heat the oil and then deep fry it till golden brown
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chilly sauce
