KFC Easy Recipe (Krispy Fried Chicken)

Krispy Fried Chicken:

Cuisine: Continental Starter
Serves: 2 pax


  • Chicken with Bone 500gms
  • Maida 200gms
  • CornFlakes 200gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chilly flakes to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying


  1. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper
  2. Take maida add salt, pepper, chilly flakes, oregano and make a batter
  3. Crush the cornflakes with hands (Don’t use blender else it will become powder)
  4. Dip the marinated chicken in the batter and then coat it with the cornflakes (Cover it from all the sides nicely)
  5. Refrigerator it for minimum 1hour
  6. Then take a pan, heat the oil and then deep fry it till golden brown
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chilly sauce
