Chilly Cheese Toast:
Cuisine: Continental Starter
Serves: 2pax
INGREDIENTS
- Bread 4slices
- Mozzarella cheese 50gms
- Processed Cheese 50gms
- Cheese Slices 2pcs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Chilly flakes to taste
- Basil to taste
- Mayonnaise 2tbsp
METHOD
- Grate all the cheese and mix all the herbs into it
- Then add mayonnaise in it
- Take bread slice and apply the mixture on it
- Pre heat the oven at 160 degrees for 10min
- Put the bread into the Oven
- Cook for 5 minutes and serve hot
NOTE: If you don’t have oven at home, you can cook it on a flat pan(tawa) on a gas with low flame. That will help the bread to get crispy from bottom and the cheese will melt on top.
If you have a left over mixture too, you can keep it in freezer and can be used later too.
