Hara Bhara Kabab
Cuisine: Indian Snacks
Serves: 2pax
INGREDIENTS
- Peas 100gms
- Potato 2-3pcs
- Green Chilly 2pcs
- Coriander 50gms
- Salt to taste
- Garam Masala to taste
- Red chilly powder to taste
- Maida 100gms
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Beans 50gms
- Capsicum 1pc
METHOD
- Boil the potato, beans and peas separately
- Chop the green chilly, coriander and Capsicum
- Mix boiled potatoes with all the other ingredients
- Add all the spices along with maida
- Make patty and keep in the refrigerator for minimum 10min
- Take a pan add oil and deep fry the kababs
- Server hot with mint Chutney
Chef Tips:
- After boiling the potato take them out of water immediately so that it doesn’t soak water
- Try to boil the potato 80% so that while grating then you can do it easily
- Spices can be added according to your taste
- You can shallow fry too in a flat pan
Mutter Ke Shaami Kabab Easy Recipe
Mutter Ke Shaami Kabab
Cuisine: Indian Starter
Serves: 2pax
INGREDIENTS
- Green Peas 200gms
- Besan(Gram Flour) 100gms
- Maida(Refined Flour) 100gms
- Salt to taste
- Red chilly powder to taste
- Garam Masala to taste
- Chaat masala for Garnish
- Lemon for garnish
- Jeera whole(Cumin) 1tsp
- Refined oil for frying
METHOD
- Take a pan, add oil, then whole jeera, then green peas
- Sauté the green peas well, then add besan and cook well
- Add all the spices and then take it out in a plate to cool
- When the mixture cools up add maida to bind it before making tikis (Flat Patty)
- Take oil in a pan, then shallow fry it till golden brown
- Serve hot with Ketchup or Chutney
Chef Tips:
- Make sure the peas are nicely cooked, don’t add water in it
- Keep it as dry as possible, spices can be increased or decreased accordingly
- After making the patty keep it inside the refrigerator for atleast 20min
