Barbecue Chicken:
Cuisine: Chinese StarterServes: 2 People
Ingredients:
- Chicken Boneless or with Bone both can be used 250gms
- Onion 1pc
- Capsicum 1pc
- Garlic 2-3 clove
- Tomato ketchup 6 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2tbsp
- Maida (Refined Flour) 100gms
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Refined Oil or Vegetable Oil for Frying
Method:
- Marinate the Chicken with salt, pepper and maida.
- Deep fry it till golden brown
- Take a pan, add oil, then chopped garlic, dice onion and capsicum
- Then add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, salt and pepper
- Mix well and then add the fried chicken in the pan
- Sauté well and serve hot with the garnish of coriander or spring onion.
