Papri Paneer Tikka Easy Recipe

Papri Paneer Tikka:

  • Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 200gms
  • Papad 5pcs
  • Maida (Refined Flour) 50gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Chaat masala for garnish
  • Lemon 1pc
  • Vegetable oil for frying


  1. Cut the Paneer into big cubes (50-70gms) per piece
  2. Mix all the masale together in a bowl
  3. Slit the paneer and stuff it with masale
  4. Roast the papad and crush it on a plate
  5. Make a batter of Maida, Dip the cubes of paneer and then coat it with roasted papad
  6. After it is done keep them in the deep freezer for minimum 30min
  7. Shallow fry them in the pan till golden brown
  8. Cut into half, sprinkle Chaat masala and lemon in it and serve hot.
