Papri Paneer Tikka:

INGREDIENTS
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 200gms
- Papad 5pcs
- Maida (Refined Flour) 50gms
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala to taste
- Red chilly powder to taste
- Chaat masala for garnish
- Lemon 1pc
- Vegetable oil for frying
METHOD
- Cut the Paneer into big cubes (50-70gms) per piece
- Mix all the masale together in a bowl
- Slit the paneer and stuff it with masale
- Roast the papad and crush it on a plate
- Make a batter of Maida, Dip the cubes of paneer and then coat it with roasted papad
- After it is done keep them in the deep freezer for minimum 30min
- Shallow fry them in the pan till golden brown
- Cut into half, sprinkle Chaat masala and lemon in it and serve hot.
