Chilly Paneer Easy Recipe

Chilly Paneer:

Serves: 2 people




  •  Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 200gms
  • Corn flour 70-80gms
  • Onion 1pc
  • Capsicum 1pc
  • Chilly Sauce to taste
  • Tomato ketchup to taste
  • Soya sauce 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Refined Oil for frying
  • Chopped Garlic 2-3 clove
  • Spring onion for garnish




  1. Cut the paneer into triangle dice and dust them with cornflour and deep fry them till golden brown
  2. Take a pan, add oil then chopped garlic, dice onion and capsicum
  3. Add salt, pepper, tomato ketchup, chilly sauce and Soya sauce to it
  4. Sauté well then add fried paneer in the last
  5. Toss it and serve hot with spring onion garnish
