Chilly Paneer:

INGREDIENTS
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 200gms
- Corn flour 70-80gms
- Onion 1pc
- Capsicum 1pc
- Chilly Sauce to taste
- Tomato ketchup to taste
- Soya sauce 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Refined Oil for frying
- Chopped Garlic 2-3 clove
- Spring onion for garnish
METHOD
- Cut the paneer into triangle dice and dust them with cornflour and deep fry them till golden brown
- Take a pan, add oil then chopped garlic, dice onion and capsicum
- Add salt, pepper, tomato ketchup, chilly sauce and Soya sauce to it
- Sauté well then add fried paneer in the last
- Toss it and serve hot with spring onion garnish
