INGREDIENTS
- Tomato 1 kg
- Milk 100gms
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 500 gms
- Kaju or Magaj 100gms
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala to taste
- Red chilly powder to taste
- Coriander powder to taste
- Cream for garnish
- Butter for garnish
- Kasuri methi for garnish
METHOD
- Sauté kaju and tomato together in a pan and till cooked
- Let the mixture get cool then blend it in a mixer grinder with milk
- Blend till it become smooth
- Take a pan, add oil, all the spices then the blended mixture
- Add water if required, cook for 15-20 min
- Then add cubes of Paneer and Kasuri methi with honey to give a different taste
- Check the salt and serve hot with garnish of cream and butter
Chef Tips:
- Cut the tomatoes in 4 pieces before sauté because that will help in cooking
- Add kaju or magaj whatever is available with you
- Cook the gravy at low flame so get best taste
