Paneer Lababdar Easy Recipe

Paneer Lababdar:

Server: 4-5 people


  • Tomato 1 kg
  • Milk 100gms
  • Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 500 gms
  • Kaju or Magaj 100gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Coriander powder to taste
  • Cream for garnish
  • Butter for garnish
  • Kasuri methi for garnish


  1. Sauté kaju and tomato together in a pan and till cooked
  2. Let the mixture get cool then blend it in a mixer grinder with milk
  3. Blend till it become smooth
  4. Take a pan, add oil, all the spices then the blended mixture
  5. Add water if required, cook for 15-20 min
  6. Then add cubes of Paneer and Kasuri methi with honey to give a different taste
  7. Check the salt and serve hot with garnish of cream and butter

Chef Tips:

  • Cut the tomatoes in 4 pieces before sauté because that will help in cooking
  • Add kaju or magaj whatever is available with you
  • Cook the gravy at low flame so get best taste
