Honey Glazed Chicken:
Cuisine: Chinese Starter
Serves: 2pax
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken wings 250gms
- Maida 100gms
- Cornflour 100gms
- Honey 2tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 3tbsp
- Egg one piece
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Chopped garlic 1tsp
- Onion Chopped 1pc
- Spring Onion for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Ajinamoto to taste
METHOD:
- Marinate the chicken wings with egg, salt, pepper, maida and cornflour
- Deep fry till golden brown
- Take a pan, add oil, chopped garlic, chopped onion, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, ajinamoto
- Sauté well then add wings and toss it well
- Add honey in the last
- Serve hot with garnish of spring onion
