Serves: 2-3 pax

Ingredients:
- Boiled Potato 2 pcs
- Paneer/Cottage Cheese 100 GMs
- Tomato medium size 2-4 pcs
- Onion Medium Size 1 pc (Optional)
- Ginger & Garlic paste 2 tablespoon (Optional)
- Pumpkin Seed 50 GM
- Maida 2-3 tablespoon
- Salt to Taste
- Red chilli powder to taste
- Garam Masala to raste
- Dhaniya Powder to taste
- Cream and butter for garnish
Method:
- Grate the paneer and potato both in a mixing nowl
- Add salt and chilli powder into it and then Maida to make round balls/Kofte
- Shallow fry them and keep aside
- Take a thick bottom, add oil then add roughly chopped onion, tomato and pumpkin seeds
- Sauté till tomato is cooked
- Cool it and blend it in the mixer grinder
- Again take a pan, add oil, then whole cumin then ginger and garlic paste then the paste you did it in step 6
- Add all the spices into it and cook till it start leaving oil
- Add kofte into it and cook for 2-3 min more
- Serve hot with garnish of cream and butter
Chef Tips:
- While cooking the gravy add hot water according to the quantity of gravy you need
- The gravy have to be thick and rich in flavour
- Using onion and ginger & garlic paste is optional
- Make sure the kofte don’t break while frying, if they keep breaking add more Maida into it for binding
- Kofte can be prepared with vegetables too
