INGREDIENTS
- Chicken with Bone 250gms
- Refined Flour 100gms
- Corn Flakes 150gms
- Ginger and Garlic paste 50gms
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Red Paprika 1/2tsp
- Vegetable oil for frying
METHOD
- Wash and Dry the chicken, marinate it with salt, pepper, red paprika, ginger and Garlic paste and keep aside
- Make a batter with Refined flour, salt and pepper
- Dip the marinated chicken in the batter
- Take a plate, crush the corn flakes with hands and then coat the chicken dipped in batter with the corn flakes
- Keep it in Deep freezer for minimum 10min
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Add chicken and fry till golden brown
- Serve hot with ketchup
TIPS: While coating the chicken make sure it’s properly coated with flakes, while frying make sure the oil is hot so that the chicken didn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
NOTE: Crush the corn flakes with hand and never use mixer grinder to grind it. That will change it into powder and we don’t need that.
