
Tandoori Chicken
Cuisine: Indian Snacks
Serves: 2pax
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken with Bone 400gms
- Hung Curd 200gms (Hang the yogurt for at least 4 hours in a muslin cloth or Strainer)
- Ginger and Garlic paste 4tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chilly powder to taste
- Garam Masala to taste
- Dhaniya powder to taste
- Mustard Oil 2tbsp
- Chaat masala for garnish
- Cream for garnish
METHOD
- Marinate the chicken with all the spices, ginger and Garlic paste n mustard oil
- Then add hang Curd into it
- Keep aside for at least 30min
- Take the skewers and then put the chicken on it
- Burn the charcoal in barbecue and grill them till cooked
- Garnish it with cream, Chaat masala and lemon
- Serve Hot
TIP: If you don’t have charcoal method of cooking, then you can use Oven, Microwave or Air Fryer. The method of cooking can change but the marination must remain the same.
