Tandoori Chicken

Serves: 2pax

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken with Bone 400gms
  • Hung Curd 200gms (Hang the yogurt for at least 4 hours in a muslin cloth or Strainer)
  • Ginger and Garlic paste 4tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Garam Masala to taste
  • Dhaniya powder to taste
  • Mustard Oil 2tbsp
  • Chaat masala for garnish
  • Cream for garnish

METHOD

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the spices, ginger and Garlic paste n mustard oil
  2. Then add hang Curd into it
  3. Keep aside for at least 30min
  4. Take the skewers and then put the chicken on it
  5. Burn the charcoal in barbecue and grill them till cooked
  6. Garnish it with cream, Chaat masala and lemon
  7. Serve Hot

TIP: If you don’t have charcoal method of cooking, then you can use Oven, Microwave or Air Fryer. The method of cooking can change but the marination must remain the same.
