Hara Bhara Kabab

  • Peas 100gms
  • Potato 2-3pcs
  • Green Chilly 2pcs
  • Coriander 50gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam Masala to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Maida 100gms
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Beans 50gms
  • Capsicum 1pc


  1. Boil the potato, beans and peas separately
  2. Chop the green chilly, coriander and Capsicum
  3. Mix boiled potatoes with all the other ingredients
  4. Add all the spices along with maida
  5. Make patty and keep in the refrigerator for minimum 10min
  6. Take a pan add oil and deep fry the kababs
  7. Server hot with mint Chutney

Chef Tips:

  • After boiling the potato take them out of water immediately so that it doesn’t soak water
  • Try to boil the potato 80% so that while grating then you can do it easily
  • Spices can be added according to your taste
  • You can shallow fry too in a flat pan
