Fish and Chips Easy Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Fish (Basa/Sole) 500gms
  • Egg 2pcs
  • Refined Flour 100gms
  • Bread Crumbs 250gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Potato medium 3 pcs
  • Corn Flour 100gms

METHOD:

  1. Marinate the fish with Salt and Pepper and keep aside
  2. Take a bowl and make a batter of Refined flour with water
  3. Dip the marinated fish in Egg then in the Refined flour and then coat it with bread crumbs
  4. Take a pan and heat the oil
  5. Deep fry it till golden brown
  6. For chips, cut the potato into finger shape, coat it will corn flour then fry till golden brown
  7. Serve hot together with Tartar sauce or Mayonnaise

Hara Bhara Kabab

Cuisine: Indian Snacks

Serves: 2pax

INGREDIENTS

  • Peas 100gms
  • Potato 2-3pcs
  • Green Chilly 2pcs
  • Coriander 50gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam Masala to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Maida 100gms
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Beans 50gms
  • Capsicum 1pc

METHOD

  1. Boil the potato, beans and peas separately
  2. Chop the green chilly, coriander and Capsicum
  3. Mix boiled potatoes with all the other ingredients
  4. Add all the spices along with maida
  5. Make patty and keep in the refrigerator for minimum 10min
  6. Take a pan add oil and deep fry the kababs
  7. Server hot with mint Chutney

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs 2pcs
  • Tomato 2pcs
  • Onion 2pcs
  • Ginger and Garlic paste 2tsp
  • Cashew nuts 50gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Dhaiya to taste
  • Garam Masala to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Bread Crumbs 50gms
  • Cream 3tbsp
  • Butter 2tbsp
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Besan 50gms

 

METHOD

  1. Boiled the eggs, peal them and keep aside
  2. Make a batter of besan and salt
  3. Coat the boiled eggs with the mixture then with bread crumbs
  4. Keep it in deep freezer for minimum 10min and then fry till golden brown
  5. Take a pan, add oil, then sauté onion and tomato with cashew nuts
  6. Make a puree of the sauté mixture we did in step 5
  7. Take a pan, add oil, then all the spices and the purée we did in step 6
  8. Cook for 10min then add cream and butter
  9. Check salt and pour it into a serving bowl
  10. Cut the fried eggs into 2 pieces
  11. Put the eggs into the gravy
  12. Serve hot with garnish

 

 

NOTE: If you don’t eat egg this same recipe can be prepared with Paneer coated with bread crumbs served in Makhani gravy.

 

TIP: Never add the egg or paneer while cooking the gravy, always add when you putting it in the serving bowl.

Lemon Tarts Easy Recipe

Lemon Tarts:

Cuisine: Continental Dessert

Serves: 2pax

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Refined Flour 250gms
  • Butter 250gms
  • Gelatin powder 100gms
  • Lemon 2pcs
  • Grapes, Mint leaves for Garnish
  • Sugar 100gms
  • Tart Moulds

 

METHOD:

 

TARTS

  1. Mix the maida and butter with hands
  2. Put it on the tart mould
  3. Preheat the over for 15min at 170 degree centigrade
  4. Place the Tarts inside the oven and cook for 20min
  5. Take them out and let them cool

 

Lemon Mixture for Tarts

  1. Soak the Gelatine in Luke warm water
  2. Take a thick bottom pan and boil water adding sugar and lemon into it
  3. As the water get boiled, switch the gas off add Gelatine and mix properly to avoid lumps
  4. Let it cool
  5. Then pour the mixture into the Tarts and keep them into the fridge for minimum 20min
  6. Garnish it with Lemon, Grapes and mint and serve

 

Note: In place of lemon if we use Strawberries or blueberries we can prepare different tarts with same method
