Ingredients:
- Chicken Boneless 500gms
- Peanut Butter Sauce 150gms
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to marinate and grill
- Lemon 1pc
Method:
- Cut the chicken in Thick Slices
- Marinate it with Salt, Pepper, lemon and Peanut Butter Sauce
- Leave the marinated chicken for atleast 2hours
- Heat the pan, add olive oil and grill the chicken putting on Satay sticks
- Grill them for 10min and serve hot with the sauce
