Ingredients:
- Cottage Cheese 500gms
- Refined Flour (Maida) 100gms
- Corn Flour 100gms
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Red chilli powder to taste
- Samolina (Sooji) 250 GMs
- Vegetable Oil for frying
Method:
- Cut the cheese into Baton shape (Finger Cutting)
- Marinate it with salt and pepper and keep aside
- Mix the flour and corn flour together adding salt into it and make a batter
- Dip the cheese in the batter and then coat it with samolina
- After the coating keep it inside the freezer for minimum 15min
- Take a flat pan, heat the oil and crispy fry it till golden brown
- Serve hot
Chef Tips
- The coating of the samolina have to be thick so that it doesn’t leave the cheese in oil
- The cheese must be handled with care otherwise it can break
- The batter have to be thin not very thick
- You can keep this dish inside the freezer for 10 days and whenever you want to eat just take it out and fry it.
