Serves: 2-3 pax
Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice Raw 200 GMs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Carrot 1pc
- Beans 50 GMs
- Soya sauce 1-2 tbsp
Method:
- Soak the rice and then boil and strain it
- Cut the veggies into small dice
- Take a pan, add oil, then the veggies and saute
- Add the spices into it and then rice
- Toss the rice with veggies till fully cooked
- Serve hot with garnish
Chef Tips:
- Boil the rice 80% not more then that
- Toss the rice with soft hand so that it doesn’t break
- For making egg fried rice or chicken fried rice just add egg or chicken diced before adding the veggies
- It’s a vegan recipe
