Veg Fried Rice Easy Recipe

Serves: 2-3 pax


  • Basmati Rice Raw 200 GMs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Carrot 1pc
  • Beans 50 GMs
  • Soya sauce 1-2 tbsp


  1. Soak the rice and then boil and strain it
  2. Cut the veggies into small dice
  3. Take a pan, add oil, then the veggies and saute
  4. Add the spices into it and then rice
  5. Toss the rice with veggies till fully cooked
  6. Serve hot with garnish

Chef Tips:

  • Boil the rice 80% not more then that
  • Toss the rice with soft hand so that it doesn’t break
  • For making egg fried rice or chicken fried rice just add egg or chicken diced before adding the veggies
  • It’s a vegan recipe
