Daliya Muffins No Bake Easy Recipe

Serves: 2-3 pax

Ingredients:

  • Daliya (Cracked Wheat) 60 grams
  • Milk 200 ml
  • Jaggery (Gur) 70 Grams
  • Dry Fruits according to your choice
  • Fruits for Garnish

Method:

  1. Cook the Daliya in milk till it’s cook nicely
  2. Add Jaggery after the daliya is cooked
  3. Put the cooked mixture in Muffin Mould
  4. Freeze it for 20 min
  5. Serve chilled with Fruit Garnish

Chef Tips:

  • Boil the daliya in water first to make the daliya soft
  • After adding milk cook till it’s thick not watery
  • Dry fruits you can add according to your choice

Eggless Muffins Easy Recipe

Cuisine: Continental Baking

Serves: 2-3 pax

Ingredients:

  • Maida (Refined Flour) 130 GMs
  • Sugar Powder 100 GMs
  • Butter 100 GMs
  • Baking Powder 4 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence 2 tsp
  • Oil for Brushing
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
  • Warm water for mixing

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven for 20 min at 160-170°C
  2. Take a bowl and mix soft butter with sugar powder
  3. Then take maida mix with cocoa powder and baking powder with vanilla essence in it
  4. Mix the mixture with the whisk adding warm water and mix till smooth
  5. Brush the muffin moulds and then pour the mixture and bake for 20 min at same temperatures of the pre heat

Chef Tips

  • The butter must be kept out of refrigerator before to be used for baking to make it soft
  • If you want to make with egg cake muffin then add 2 eggs into the mixture minus the warm water
  • The mixture must be of ribbon consistency and smooth like a ribbon
  • Use measuring spoons or cups for perfect results
  • While baking for checking use toothpick to prick the muffin
