Chicken Omelette:

  • Eggs 4
  • Chicken boneless 150gms
  • Onion 1pc
  • Green Chilly 1pc
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Chop the Chicken and marinate it with salt and pepper
  2. Beat the egg with salt
  3. Chop the onion and green chilly
  4. Take a pan, add oil then sauté the chopped chicken first
  5. Then add chopped onion and green chilly
  6. As they get cooked, add the eggs and cook slowly
  7. Flip the Omelette as it get cooked from bottom
  8. Cook it well from both side
  9. Serve Hot
