INGREDIENTS:
- Prawns Medium Size 10pcs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Refined Flour (Maida) 200gms
- Corn Flour 100gms
- Egg 1pc
- Baking powder pinch of
- Lemon 2pcs
- Lime 1pc for garnish
- Refined oil for frying
METHOD:
- Wash and clean the Prawns in running water
- Marinate the Prawns with salt, pepper, lemon juice
- Take a big bowl, add refined flour, corn flour, salt, egg, baking powder together
- Make a batter with ice cooled water
- Keep the batter for 15min
- Take a pan and make the oil hot
- Then dip every piece of prawn and fry till golden brown
- Serve hot with Lime garnish
