INGREDIENTS
- Fish (Basa/Sole) 500gms
- Egg 2pcs
- Refined Flour 100gms
- Bread Crumbs 250gms
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Potato medium 3 pcs
- Corn Flour 100gms
METHOD:
- Marinate the fish with Salt and Pepper and keep aside
- Take a bowl and make a batter of Refined flour with water
- Dip the marinated fish in Egg then in the Refined flour and then coat it with bread crumbs
- Take a pan and heat the oil
- Deep fry it till golden brown
- For chips, cut the potato into finger shape, coat it will corn flour then fry till golden brown
- Serve hot together with Tartar sauce or Mayonnaise
