Mushroom Tikka Easy Recipe


  • Mushroom
  • Hung Curd (Hang the curd in cloth overnight)
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilly powder
  • Garam masala
  • Mustard Oil 3-4 tbsp


  • Wash the mushrooms and then boil them
  • Take hung curd in a mixing bowl, add all the spices along with mustard oil
  • Mix the mixture properly then add the boiled mushrooms into it
  • Take a pan or Griller, cook the marinated mushroom till golden brown
  • Add lemon and chat masala before serving
  • Serve Hot

Chef Tips:

  • Hung curd is most important, hang it for minimum 6 hours or overnight
  • Boiling of mushroom is important too, it make it soft
  • Cook it in non stick pan or OTG
