Ingredients
- Mushroom
- Hung Curd (Hang the curd in cloth overnight)
- Salt to taste
- Red chilly powder
- Garam masala
- Mustard Oil 3-4 tbsp
Method:
- Wash the mushrooms and then boil them
- Take hung curd in a mixing bowl, add all the spices along with mustard oil
- Mix the mixture properly then add the boiled mushrooms into it
- Take a pan or Griller, cook the marinated mushroom till golden brown
- Add lemon and chat masala before serving
- Serve Hot
Chef Tips:
- Hung curd is most important, hang it for minimum 6 hours or overnight
- Boiling of mushroom is important too, it make it soft
- Cook it in non stick pan or OTG
