INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken with Bone 1/2 kg
- Salt to Taste
- Pepper to Taste
- Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Chilly Flakes, Paprika to taste
- Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
- Ginger & Garlic paste 2tbsp
METHOD:
- Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, all the other dry spices, olive oil and Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Keep aside for minimum 40min
- Take a pan, make it hot and then grill the chicken till it gets a golden brown blackish colour
- Cover it and then cook till chicken gets tender, add water if required
- Plate the chicken with some veggies and mashed potato
- Serve hot
Chef Tips:
- Make sure the chicken is marinated nicely so that it can acquire its taste
- While grilling it have to be nicely grilled and tender
