Egg Sunny Side Up

Cuisine : Continental Breakfast

Serves : 2 pax

INGREDIENTS:

  • Eggs 2pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cherry Tomato for garnish (optional)

METHOD:

  1. Take a thick bottom pan, brush it with oil
  2. Break the Eggs into the pan and start cooking it adding salt & pepper
  3. Add cherry tomato’s when the egg is Raw
  4. It will take 5 min for the egg to cook at medium flame
  5. With the help of ladle softly remove the egg and keep on the plate
  6. Serve hot

CHEF TIPS:

  • While putting the egg in pan make sure the yolk don’t break
  • Cook the egg nicely from outside so that it doesn’t break when you take out from water
  • Use soft hands handling this recipe
  • This recipe is 1 tsp oil recipe and anyone can prepare it easily

Grilled Cottage Cheese with Veggies Easy Recipe

Oil free and Fat free Recipe

INGREDIENTS :

  • Cottage Cheese 150gms
  • Red/Yellow bell peppers small 1pc (Optional)
  • Capsicum small 1pc
  • Beans 50gms
  • Broccoli 2-3 small cut pieces (Optional)
  • Baby Corn 2-3 pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sesame seed garnish
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Mixed Herbs (Oregano, Basil, Chilly flakes)

METHOD :

  1. Cut the veggies and paneer into triangle dice to diamond cutting
  2. Blanched* the Veggies except Peppers and capsicum
  3. Take a pan, first add cottage cheese and grill it properly
  4. Then add all the veggies and sauté for 2-3 min on high flame
  5. Add seasoning into it, toss for 1min
  6. Serve hot or cold with garnish of sesame seed
  7. Drizzle olive oil before serving (Optional)

CHEF NOTES :

  • Try to toss the veggies without any oil to make it healthy
  • Add seasoning and pepper first and then salt
  • Before packing in box make it cool first, to retain the colour and taste
  • Self Life 1 day in refrigerator
  • Blanching is to cook the veggies 80% not fully cooked
  • VEGANS CAN USE SOYA CHEESE OR TOFU IN PLACE OF COTTAGE CHEESE

Chicken Rollets Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental

Serves : 2 Pax

Health Content : For every 100 grams Chicken Breast : Protein 31 grams, Calories 165, Fat 3.6 grams.

INGREDIENTS :

  • Minced Chicken 200 grams
  • Red and Yellow Bell peppers small 1pc
  • Capsicum small 1pc
  • Salt to taste (Optional)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Mixed herbs like oregano, basil, chilly flakes
  • Mint sauce as dip (Any other sauce also you can use in place of this)

METHOD :

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add minced chicken along with all the veggies
  2. Add seasoning and mix properly
  3. Take Silver foil and make rolls of the minced chicken
  4. Lock both the sides as toffee
  5. Boil water in a thick bottom pan and cook the rolls for 10min
  6. Open the rolls, cut and present them on a plate with min sauce
  7. Serve hot.

CHEF NOTES :

  • In place of chicken we can also use Soya chunks or Cottage cheese (Paneer)
  • The rolls have to be tightly prepare before boiling in water so that they don’t open in the water
  • The rolls can be kept in the refrigerator and use within a weeks time.
