INGREDIENTS:
- Eggs 2pcs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cherry Tomato for garnish (optional)
METHOD:
- Take a thick bottom pan, brush it with oil
- Break the Eggs into the pan and start cooking it adding salt & pepper
- Add cherry tomato’s when the egg is Raw
- It will take 5 min for the egg to cook at medium flame
- With the help of ladle softly remove the egg and keep on the plate
- Serve hot
CHEF TIPS:
- While putting the egg in pan make sure the yolk don’t break
- Cook the egg nicely from outside so that it doesn’t break when you take out from water
- Use soft hands handling this recipe
- This recipe is 1 tsp oil recipe and anyone can prepare it easily
