  • Chickpeas 200 grams
  • Sandwich Bread 4pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  2. Prepare Hummus with this recipe Hummus
  3. Apply Hummus on the bread and then put the falafel patty on it
  4. Place another bread and then grill it
  5. Serve hot with Dip

Fish and Chips Easy Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Fish (Basa/Sole) 500gms
  • Egg 2pcs
  • Refined Flour 100gms
  • Bread Crumbs 250gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Potato medium 3 pcs
  • Corn Flour 100gms

METHOD:

  1. Marinate the fish with Salt and Pepper and keep aside
  2. Take a bowl and make a batter of Refined flour with water
  3. Dip the marinated fish in Egg then in the Refined flour and then coat it with bread crumbs
  4. Take a pan and heat the oil
  5. Deep fry it till golden brown
  6. For chips, cut the potato into finger shape, coat it will corn flour then fry till golden brown
  7. Serve hot together with Tartar sauce or Mayonnaise

Tempura Fried Prawns Easy Recipe

Cuisine: Japanese

Serves: 2 pax

INGREDIENTS:

  • Prawns Medium Size 10pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Refined Flour (Maida) 200gms
  • Corn Flour 100gms
  • Egg 1pc
  • Baking powder pinch of
  • Lemon 2pcs
  • Lime 1pc for garnish
  • Refined oil for frying

METHOD:

  1. Wash and clean the Prawns in running water
  2. Marinate the Prawns with salt, pepper, lemon juice
  3. Take a big bowl, add refined flour, corn flour, salt, egg, baking powder together
  4. Make a batter with ice cooled water
  5. Keep the batter for 15min
  6. Take a pan and make the oil hot
  7. Then dip every piece of prawn and fry till golden brown
  8. Serve hot with Lime garnish

Crispy Corn Easy Recipe

Cuisine: Chinese

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

  • American Corn 250gms
  • Corn Flour 100gms approximately
  • Salt to salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Ajinomoto to taste (Optional)
  • Onion Medium 1pc
  • Green Chilly 2-3 pcs
  • Spring Onion 2-3 springs
  • Garlic chopped 2tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 2tsp
  • Cooking oil to fry

Method:

  1. Dust the corn with corn flour and then deep fry it till crispy and golden brown
  2. Take a pan, add oil then chopped garlic, sauté for sometime then add chopped onion
  3. Add salt, pepper and ajinomoto to taste
  4. Then add the fried corn and toss them till it get coated with the spices
  5. Garnish it with spring onion and serve hot
