Egg Sunny Side Up

Cuisine : Continental Breakfast

Serves : 2 pax

INGREDIENTS:

  • Eggs 2pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cherry Tomato for garnish (optional)

METHOD:

  1. Take a thick bottom pan, brush it with oil
  2. Break the Eggs into the pan and start cooking it adding salt & pepper
  3. Add cherry tomato’s when the egg is Raw
  4. It will take 5 min for the egg to cook at medium flame
  5. With the help of ladle softly remove the egg and keep on the plate
  6. Serve hot

CHEF TIPS:

  • While putting the egg in pan make sure the yolk don’t break
  • Cook the egg nicely from outside so that it doesn’t break when you take out from water
  • Use soft hands handling this recipe
  • This recipe is 1 tsp oil recipe and anyone can prepare it easily

Grilled Cajun Chicken Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental

Serves : 2 Pax

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken with Bone 1/2 kg
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Chilly Flakes, Paprika to taste
  • Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • Ginger & Garlic paste 2tbsp

METHOD:

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, all the other dry spices, olive oil and Ginger & Garlic Paste
  2. Keep aside for minimum 40min
  3. Take a pan, make it hot and then grill the chicken till it gets a golden brown blackish colour
  4. Cover it and then cook till chicken gets tender, add water if required
  5. Plate the chicken with some veggies and mashed potato
  6. Serve hot

Chef Tips:

  • Make sure the chicken is marinated nicely so that it can acquire its taste
  • While grilling it have to be nicely grilled and tender

Grilled Cajun Chicken

Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Cuisine: Continental

Serves: 2pax

INGREDIENTS

  • Broccoli 1pcs
  • Garlic 2clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cream 2tbsp for garnish
  • Butter for garnish

METHOD:

  1. Cut the Broccoli florets and start saute in a thick bottom pan with little oil and garlic
  2. As it start cooking, add 2 bowls of water and let it bowl for 10minutes
  3. Strain it and make a paste of the residue left
  4. Put the soup back on the flame and add salt, pepper, and the paste.
  5. Cook it for 10 more minutes, check the seasoning and serve hot with garnish of cream and butter
  6. Serve Hot

Chef Tips:

  • To keep the green colour of the broccoli intact we sauté it and dont boil in starting
  • Minus cream and butter to prepare the vegan version of the soup
  • Try to use fresh broccoli

Cream Of Broccoli Soup with Bread Stick

Garlic Bread Easy Recipe

Cuisine : Continental Starter

Serves : 4 pax

Ingredients

  • Bread 10pcs
  • Butter 50gms
  • Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Tomato Ketchup as dip

Method

  1. Mix the soft butter with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, herbs and make a dip
  2. Then apply that dip on the bread and keep asode
  3. Per heat the oven at 160° C for 10 minutes
  4. Put the bread inside the oven and grill for 10 minutes or till it gets golden brown colour
  5. Serve hot with dip
